The brief

Brand and launch a new hand-held device that lets drainage engineers report and record real-time information and photos for customers.

The situation

The new device needs to be accepted and used day-to-day by the network of engineers and recognised by customers as a benefit of service that they can use to monitor Metro Rod's progress on their specific jobs.

The solution

Named "ilious", the system was given an identity that reflected its ability to be a third eye on activities, and the brand was applied to software, a portal for customers and launch literature.

The Metro Rod engineers' network has accepted the device with open arms, and use it on every job to add genuine service benefits to customers. Client feedback shows they appreciate that "ilious" is a simple, efficient and helpful system for business record-keeping.
