Making a new brand work online and offline

Wulvern Housing is the largest Housing Association in South Cheshire, providing homes and services for over 11,000 customers across Crewe, Nantwich and a number of Cheshire villages. It provides a choice of high quality, affordable homes including properties for rent, shared ownership, sheltered accommodation and extra care, and homes for people with disabilities.

The brief

Work with new brand guidelines to develop applications that will help Wulvern attract, introduce, transact and retain customers, staff and shareholders.

The situation

Wulvern had recently refreshed its brand and was in the process of rolling it out across its business. It needed to make sure the brand was working hard to position Wulvern as a leader in South Cheshire area.

The solution

We began by getting an in-depth understanding of the organisation, its competitors and the market. We also spent time reviewing existing marketing applications and the new style guide, to understand fully how the brand needed to work day-to-day. We integrated the brand into marketing plans and communications applications and flagged-up areas for potential improvement. We continue to work on all the applications to keep brand consistency, cement a personality and position the organisation.

Wulvern is exceptionally happy with the results and is continuing to grow in its market.
