Client: Cheshire’s Peak District Project: PR Campaign
Summary
Vibe was appointed to promote two areas of outstanding beauty; Cheshire’s Peak District and Nantwich and South Cheshire. By highlighting the weird and wonderful events and ‘hidden gems’ in the area, we are able to achieve coverage in key media titles. Notable events include the annual re-enactment of the Battle of Nantwich (Holly Holy Day), lambing at Tatton Park, The Nantwich Town Crier competition and promoting the many food producers local to the area.

The Guardian covered the Holly Holy Day event in its ‘out and about’ section.

Footfall figures to Nantwich increased by 25% on the day of the re-enactment, while the venue holding the re-enactment was at full capacity with 1800 spectators.
